It is difficult, because most people just don't understand what it is! In fact, I feel embarrassed telling people what is wrong with me. Can you believe I've actually wished I could tell them something more \real\, like a brain tumor or MS? The best thing to fight against the stigma, though, is people like you -- people who choose to get informed and then share what they know with others.
